Planning is really up to you. It can take years, weeks or days. The complexity of a plan depends heavily on the scope of your project. Once you’ve identified the scope as well as budget of your project, with the help of a KDP Designer you’ll determined your personal style and vision for the space. It’s important to really understand what you want and not rush it. You have planned for this for your home so let’s make sure it’s exactly what you imagine.

A KDP Designer will arrange a day and time to visit your home to take necessary measurements and images of the space for a $250 in-home measure fee, this fee will be taken off the final sale price once the order is placed. The designer will create layout drawings and perspective views using the latest 2020 design software. The time for the design portion of the process depends greatly on you and the scope of your project.

The time it takes to finalize your design and choose all of your materials will depend on the number of changes you request and the scope of your remodel. Allow time for changes, pay attention to the details, and take advantage of your KDP designer’s experience and training. Once products have been chosen, and the design finalized your KDP Designer will generate a cost proposal for the project.

This is where your vision and our design start to take shape. Depending on the scope of the project, construction can take time. You will be given a timeline for demolition, installation of mechanicals, cabinets, countertops and all the finishing touches. While the construction process can be inconvenient, it will all be worth it in the end. The beautiful new transformation of your home will be complete.
