Hayley Koszegi

DESIGNER

Hayley Koszegi brings creativity, hands-on experience, and a passion for problem-solving to every project she touches. A 2018 graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Hayley has spent the past six years building her expertise in designing functional, beautiful living spaces tailored to each client’s unique needs. 

Born and raised in Monroe, Michigan, Hayley’s connection to the industry started early. Growing up alongside her dad, she was often right there on job sites, climbing roofs, holding tools, and learning firsthand how things are built and fixed. That early exposure shaped her approach today: practical, resourceful, and always ready to figure things out. She takes pride in being hands-on and believes in understanding how space works just as much as how it looks. 

Hayley’s design philosophy is simple: “My designs start with you.” She takes the time to truly listen to her clients, combining their vision with her eye for layout, detail, and functionality. She thrives on transforming challenging spaces into thoughtful, well-designed environments and enjoys the variety that each new project brings. For Hayley, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing a completed space and the happiness it brings to the homeowner. 

Outside of work, Hayley is deeply family-oriented. As a proud mom, her son is at the center of everything she does, from crafting and drawing together to exploring new places, visiting the zoo, or enjoying a simple ice cream outing. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, hiking, kayaking, or visiting local markets. Summer often means family BBQs and cornhole, while the holiday season includes her favorite tradition—visiting Frankenmuth at Christmas. 

Hayley approaches both life and design with the same goal: to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories. Her passion, creativity, and genuine care for her clients make her a valuable part of the Kitchen Design Plus team.
